By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant SuddenPlate a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service and promoting SuddenPlate.

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and AI-generated content) are owned by SuddenPlate or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to User Content you submit to the Service. However, by sharing content on the Service, you grant us and other users the licenses described in Section 3.
"SuddenPlate" and our logos are trademarks of SuddenPlate. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@suddenplate.com or using the account deletion feature in the app.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by:
