To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You agree NOT to:

• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Abuse or harass other users
• Scrape or automatically extract data
• Reverse engineer the Service

We will never share your personal photos publicly without consent.

7. AI Services

Photo analysis uses OpenAI GPT-4o Vision. By using photo scanning features, you acknowledge that:

• Photos are processed by third-party AI services
• AI estimates may contain errors
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended inactivity (we'll notify you first)

You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES.

We are not liable for:

• Inaccurate nutrition data or AI errors
• Health issues arising from app usage
• Loss of data due to technical failures
• Third-party service interruptions

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Los Angeles County courts.
